Questions about working with Claude
Which Claude models do you use?
The one that fits the task: the most capable models for complex reasoning, the fastest for high volume. When Anthropic ships a new version, we evaluate it and move you over if it’s better.
Why Claude and not another model?
Claude is strong at long documents, careful reasoning and following instructions, which is what most business workflows need. If another model fits a task better, we’ll tell you.
Is our data used to train Claude?
By default, Anthropic doesn’t train its models on data sent through its commercial API. On top of that, we design what data reaches the model and where it’s stored.
How soon can we see something working?
A focused proof of concept on your real data usually takes weeks, not months.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can build the whole thing, embed engineers in your team, or coach your developers on Claude and Claude Code.
